SUL SEL — Ditjen Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah (PHU) Kemenag segera membuka tahap pelunasan biaya haji bagi jemaah reguler 1446 H/2025 H. Tahap ini dibuka menyusul terbitnya Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) tentang Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji 1446 Hijriah/2025 Masehi yang bersumber dari Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji dan Nilai Manfaat sudah terbit. Keppres Nomor 6 tahun 2025 ini ditandatangani Presiden ,12/02/2025.
“Pelunasan Bipih jemaah haji reguler 1446 H mulai 14 Februari – 14 Maret 2025,” ujar Dirjen PHU Hilman Latief di Jakarta, Kamis (13/2/2025).
“Jemaah haji sudah membayar setoran awal sebesar Rp25juta. Rata-rata dari mereka juga mendapat nilai manfaat yang masuk melalui virtual account sekitar Rp2 jutaan. Sehingga mereka dalam proses pelunasan nanti tinggal membayar selisihnya,” sambung Hilman.
Keppres Biaya Haji
Keppres Nomor 6 tahun 2025 ditandatangani Presiden pada 12 Februari 2025. Keppres ini mengatur Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji (BPIH) dan Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji (Bipih) per embarkasi.
“Ketentuan biaya ini berlaku bagi jemaah haji, Petugas Haji Daerah (PHD), dan Pembimbing Kelompok Bimbingan lbadah Haji dan Umrah (KBIHU),” ujar Dirjen PHU Hilman Latief.
Berikut Besaran Bipih Jemaah Haji:
a. Embarkasi Aceh sebesar Rp46.922.333,00
b. Embarkasi Medan sebesar Rp47.976.531,00
c. Embarkasi Batam sebesar Rp54.331.751,00
d. Embarkasi Padang sebesar Rp51.781.751,00
e. Embarkasi Palembang sebesar Rp54.411.751,00
f. Embarkasi Jakarta (Pondok Gede dan Bekasi) sebesar Rp58.875.751,00
g. Embarkasi Solo sebesar Rp55.478.501,00
h. Embarkasi Surabaya sebesar Rp60.955.751,00
i. Embarkasi Balikpapan sebesar Rp57.235.421,00
j. Embarkasi Banjarmasin sebesar Rp59.331.751,00
k. Embarkasi Makassar sebesar Rp57.670.921,00
l. Embarkasi Lombok sebesar Rp56.764.801,00
m. Embarkasi Kertajati sebesar Rp58.875.751,00
“Besaran Bipih jemaah haji ini dipergunakan untuk biaya: penerbangan haji, sebagian biaya akomodasi di Makkah, dan sebagian biaya akomodasi di Madinah, biaya hidup (living cost),” papar Hilman.
Berikut besaran Bipih PHD dan Pembimbing KBIHU:
a. Embarkasi Aceh sebesar Rp80.900.841,00
b. Embarkasi Medan sebesar Rp81.955.039,00
c. Embarkasi Batam sebesar Rp88.310.259,00
d. Embarkasi Padang sebesar Rp85.760.259,00
e. Embarkasi Palembang sebesar Rp88.390.259,00
f. Embarkasi Jakarta (Pondok Gede dan Bekasi) sebesar Rp92.854.259,00
g. Embarkasi Solo sebesar Rp89.457.009,00
h. Embarkasi Surabaya sebesar Rp94.934.259,00
i. Embarkasi Balikpapan sebesar Rp91.213.929,00
j. Embarkasi Banjarmasin sebesar Rp93.310.259,00
k. Embarkasi Makassar sebesar Rp91.649.429,00
l. Embarkasi Lombok sebesar Rp90.743.309,00
m. Embarkasi Kertajati sebesar Rp92.854.259,00
Bipih PHD dan KBIHU ini dipergunakan untuk biaya penerbangan; akomodasi; konsumsi; transportasi; pelayanan di Arafah, Mudzalifah, dan Mina; pelindungan; pelayanan di embarkasi atau debarkasi; pelayanan keimigrasian; premi asuransi dan pelindungan lainnya; dokumen perjalanan; biaya hidup (living cost); pembinaan jemaah haji di tanah air dan Arab Saudi; pelayanan umum di dalam negeri dan Arab Saudi; dan pengelolaan BPIH
Keppres juga mengatur tentang Besaran BPIH Tahun 1446 Hijriah/2025 Masehi yang bersumber dari Nilai Manfaat yang digunakan untuk membayar selisih BPIH dengan besaran Bipih sebesar Rp6.831.820.756.658,34. Sementara Nilai Manfaat untuk Jemaah Haji Khusus sebesar Rp9.490.138.000,00.
Jemaah Berhak Lunas
Direktur Layanan Haji Dalam Negeri pada Ditjen PHU, Muhammad Zain menjelaskan, pihaknya telah merilis daftar nama jemaah haji reguler yang masuk alokasi kuota tahun 1446 H/2025 M. Daftar nama itu tertuang dalam Surat No B -04045/DJ/Dt.II.II.1/HJ.00/02/2025 tentang Daftar Nama Jemaah Haji Reguler Masuk Alokasi Kuota Tahun 1446 Hijriah/2025 Masehi.
“Surat ini kami tujukan kepada Kepala Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi seluruh Indonesia dan Pimpinan Bank Penerima Setoran (BPS) Bipih untuk disosialisasikan,” sebut Muhammad Zain.
Daftar nama Jemaah Haji Reguler yang masuk dalam alokasi kuota haji tahun 1446 Hijriah/2025 Masehi dengan kriteria sebagai berikut:
a. Jemaah haji masuk alokasi kuota keberangkatan pada musim haji tahun berjalan dengan ketentuan:
1) Berstatus aktif;
2) Berusia paling rendah 18 tahun;
3) Belum pernah menunaikan ibadah haji atau sudah pernah menunaikan ibadah haji paling singkat 10 (sepuluh) tahun sejak menunaikan ibadah haji yang terakhir pada tahun 1436 Hijriah/2015 Masehi kecuali pembimbing KBIHU bersertifikat.
b. Prioritas Jemaah Haji Reguler lanjut usia yang ditentukan:
1) Secara sistem berdasarkan urutan usia tertua di masing-masing provinsi;
2) Terdaftar sebagai Jemaah haji paling sedikit 5 tahun atau telah terdaftar sebagai Jemaah haji sebelum tanggal 3 Mei 2020.
