XPOSE TV//Lombok Utara, NTB – Polres Lombok Utara gelar pendampingan psikologi, guna menjaga semangat, kebugaran, serta kesiapan mental personel dalam melaksanakan tugas pengamanan Event MotoGP Mandalika Rinjani 2025, Polres Lombok Utara (Lotara) menggelar kegiatan pendampingan psikologi bagi personel yang bertugas. Kamis (02/10/2025).
Kapolres Lombok Utara AKBP Agus Purwanta, S.I.K., melalui Kabag SDM Polres Lotara AKP Agus Rachman, S.H., M.I.Kom., menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk perhatian pimpinan terhadap kondisi psikologis anggota.
“Kegiatan ini penting agar personel tetap segar, bersemangat, dan tidak jenuh selama menjalankan tugas pengamanan. Dengan pendampingan psikologi, diharapkan mereka mampu menjaga fokus dan profesionalisme,” ujar AKP Agus Rachman.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada Rabu (01/10) di Pos Pam Operasi Mandalika Rinjani 2025 tersebut melibatkan Konselor Psikologi Polres Lotara bersama seluruh personel pengamanan yang bertugas di Pos Pam Pelabuhan Bangsal, Kecamatan Pemenang.
Adapun rangkaian kegiatan meliputi pembukaan, ice breaking, pemberian intervensi berupa konseling, relaksasi, hingga play therapy, yang seluruhnya berjalan lancar dan tertib.
Polres Lotaramenegaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen mewujudkan personel yang tangguh, solid, dan siap memberikan pengamanan terbaik bagi kelancaran perhelatan MotoGP Mandalika Rinjani 2025.
