Xpose tv.Live, Surabaya – Kajati Jatim canangkan Prof (HCUA) Dr. Mia Amiati, S.H., M.H., CMA., CSSL., memberikan sambutan dalam upacara Pencanangan Pembangunan Zona Integritas di Lingkungan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur (Kejati Jatim) menuju Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM)
“Hari ini, kita berkumpul untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penting terkait pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBBM di Kajati Jatim,” ujar Kajati Jatim. Selasa (11/2/25).
Sebelumnya, pada tahun 2019, Kejati Jatim berhasil meraih predikat WBK dan mampu mempertahankannya.
“Keberhasilan ini tidaklah mudah, mengingat wilayah Kejati Jatim yang luas dengan satuan kerja terbanyak di Kejaksaan RI. Namun, kita harus terus berupaya dan yakin bahwa kita bisa!,” tegas Kajati Jatim.
“Perjuangan reformasi birokrasi tidak berhenti pada predikat WBK, namun harus ditingkatkan menjadi WBBM,” ujarnya.
Sesuai dengan Permenpan RB No. 5 Tahun 2024, perubahan atas Permenpan RB No. 90 Tahun 2021, syarat pengajuan WBBM antara lain adalah Opini BPK minimal WTP, Predikat SAKIP minimal BB, Indeks Reformasi Birokrasi minimal B (Pemda) atau BB (Kementerian/Lembaga), dan Level Maturitas SPIP minimal Level 3.
“Pembangunan Zona Integritas meliputi tahapan pencanangan, pembangunan, pengusulan, penilaian, dan penetapan. Tahap terpenting adalah pembangunan, yaitu membangun integritas melalui perubahan yang terencana, masif, komprehensif, dan sistematis,” terangnya.
Kajati Jatim canangkan WBBM Mia Amiati menjelaskan bahwa membangun integritas berarti membangun sistem, manusia, dan budaya.
“Membangun sistem berarti membangun instrumen, SOP, dan peraturan untuk mencegah korupsi, contohnya sistem pengendalian gratifikasi, WBS, dan SPIP,” terangnya.
“Membangun manusia berarti membangun mindset aparatur untuk menolak korupsi. Proses ini tidak mudah, membutuhkan waktu dan keteladanan pimpinan,” lanjutnya.
“Saya sebagai Kajati Jatim mengajak kita semua untuk terus memiliki semangat yang sama, berintegritas, kerja sama yang kolaboratif dan sinergis untuk meraih predikat WBBM tahun 202,” ucap Kajati Mia Amiati.
Kajati Jatim juga mengatakan bahwa keberhasilan membutuhkan gotong-royong, integritas, dan transparansi dari seluruh jajaran Kejati Jatim.
“Jagalah marwah diri, keluarga, dan institusi. Laksanakan tugas dengan itikad baik, berhati nurani, dan taat pada peraturan. Ingat, kita adalah penegak hukum yang harus menjadi representasi hukum itu sendiri. Insya Allah, jika semua ini menjadi kebiasaan, kepercayaan publik akan meningkat,” urainya.
“Akhir kata, dengan mengucapkan bismillahirrahmanirrahim dan memohon ridho Allah SWT, saya canangkan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur menuju Satuan Kerja Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM),” ujarnya.
“Semoga segala upaya kita membawa kebaikan dan keberkahan untuk semua. Aamiin,” harap Kajati Jatim Mia Amiati.
Hadir dalam acara, Wakil Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur (Wakajati Jatim), para asisten, Kabag TU, koordinator, dan Jaksa Senior Kejati Jatim, para pejabat eselon IV dan V, dan seluruh pegawai dan PPNPN Kejati Jatim.
