XPOSE TV Lamongan, 02/01/2025 – Kapolres Lamongan, AKBP Bobby A. Condroputra, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si., memimpin langsung Upacara Laporan Kenaikan Pangkat Anggota Polres Lamongan periode 1 Januari 2025 yang digelar pada Kamis pagi (02/01) di lapangan apel Mapolres Lamongan. Upacara ini dihadiri oleh seluruh Pejabat Utama (PJU) Polres Lamongan, Kapolsek jajaran Polres Lamongan, anggota dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Polres Lamongan, serta Ketua dan Pengurus Bhayangkari Cabang Lamongan.
Adapun Anggota yang menerima Anugerah kenaikan pangkat periode 1 Januari 2025 sebanyak 54 orang, terdiri dari IPTU ke AKP 7 orang, IPDA ke IPTU 6 orang, AIPDA ke AIPTU 9 orang, BRIPKA ke AIPDA 7 orang, BRIGADIR ke BRIPKA 6 orang, dan BRIPTU ke BRIGADIR 19 orang.
Dalam prosesi upacara, perwakilan anggota yang mendapatkan kenaikan pangkat menghadap Inspektur Upacara untuk menyerahkan laporan resmi kenaikan pangkat.
AKBP Bobby A. Condroputra dalam amanatnya menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada seluruh anggota yang naik pangkat.
Beliau juga menekankan bahwa kenaikan pangkat bukan hanya sebuah penghargaan, tetapi juga amanah yang harus diimbangi dengan peningkatan tanggung jawab dan dedikasi dalam menjalankan tugas.
“Kenaikan pangkat ini adalah bentuk penghargaan atas dedikasi dan kinerja yang telah saudara-saudara tunjukkan. Jadikan momen ini sebagai motivasi untuk terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat,” ujar Kapolres Lamongan dalam amanatnya.
Setelah pembacaan doa, rangkaian acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi foto bersama sebagai kenang-kenangan.
Sebagai bagian dari tradisi, dilakukan pemotongan tumpeng yang dipimpin oleh Kapolres Lamongan, diikuti pemberian ucapan selamat kepada anggota yang mendapatkan kenaikan pangkat.
Suasana penuh kebahagiaan tampak menyelimuti acara tersebut, yang diakhiri dengan prosesi tradisi khas Polri.
Kegiatan tersebut juga menjadi momen berharga bagi anggota Polres Lamongan yang mendapatkan kenaikan pangkat, sekaligus memotivasi seluruh jajaran untuk terus meningkatkan profesionalisme dan integritas dalam menjalankan tugas kepolisian.
