Semakin Melayani Sepenuh Hati, Direktur Utama KAI Bobby Rasyidin Menyapa Langsung Pelanggan di Wilayah Daop 1 Jakarta

Dalam rangka masa Angkutan Natal dan Tahun Baru 2025/2026, Direktur Utama PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Bobby Rasyidin, melakukan tinjauan ke Stasiun Gambir, Stasiun Bekasi, dan Stasiun Pasar Senen, Jumat (19/12).

Dalam kunjungan tersebut, Direktur Utama melakukan peninjauan terhadap sejumlah layanan dan fasilitas pelanggan, Customer Service, Customer Service Mobile, serta pemantauan data angkutan penumpang di wilayah PT KAI (Persero) Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Bobby Rasyidin juga menyapa serta berdialog langsung dengan pelanggan. Ia memastikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan yang menggunakan layanan kereta api dimasa angkutan nataru dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Ia menanyakan pengalaman pelanggan terkait pemesanan tiket kereta api, kemudahan akses layanan, serta kualitas fasilitas dan pelayanan di stasiun.

“Melalui kunjungan langsung ini, kami ingin mendengar masukan dari pelanggan secara langsung, sehingga layanan yang kami berikan dapat terus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna jasa,” ujar Manager Humas Daop 1 Jakarta, Franoto Wibowo.

Berdasarkan update data angkutan penumpang Daop 1 Jakarta per 19 Desember 2025 pukul 14.00 WIB, tercatat sebanyak 41.294 penumpang berangkat dari stasiun-stasiun di wilayah Daop 1 Jakarta, dengan 95 perjalanan kereta api yang dioperasikan.

Stasiun dengan jumlah keberangkatan penumpang terbanyak yaitu Stasiun Pasar Senen sebanyak 14.887 penumpang, Stasiun Gambir sebanyak 13.147 penumpang, dan Stasiun Bekasi sebanyak 4.147 penumpang.

Adapun kereta api favorit keberangkatan dari Stasiun Gambir antara lain KA Argo Parahyangan, KA Gunungjati, KA Batavia, dan KA Cakrabuana. Sementara dari Stasiun Pasar Senen, kereta api yang banyak diminati pelanggan di antaranya KA Cikuray, KA Serayu, KA Airlangga, KA Tegal Bahari, dan KA Blambangan Ekspres.

Sedangkan kota tujuan favorit pelanggan meliputi Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Bandung, dan Purwokerto.
