Pasalnya dalam video tersebut nampak pula terlihat hadir kepala desa Mulamenree. Selain berkaraoke ria nampak jelas terpajang botol minuman keras atau miras jenis bir diatas meja, 11/01/2025.
video yang berdurasi kurang lebih 60 detik tersebut nampak seorang ibu ibu yang di duga sebagai oknum perangkat desa Mulamenree, kecamatan Ulaweng, Bone memegang botol miras sambil bernyanyi diiringi musik dangdut. Sebahagian lagi nampak seorang pemuda sedang asik meminum minuman keras sambil berjoget.
Munculnya video yang beredar lewat status whatsap tersebut menjadi perbincangan warga desa. Salah seorang warga yang tidak ingin disebut identitasnya menilai sikap yang dilakukan kepala desa mulamenree, telah melukai hati kami sebagai masyarakat desa mulamenree, dimana distribusi bantuan sosial (bansos) yang dianggap tidak adil. Warga, banyak menerima bantuan yang sebenarnya tidak memenuhi kriteria, sementara mereka yang benar-benar membutuhkan malah diabaikan.“Kami sudah lama diam, tapi kesabaran ada batasnya. Bantuan yang seharusnya menjadi hak kami malah salah sasaran,” justru kepala desa beserta beberapa bawahannya malah asik berpesta dirumah bernyanyi sambil berjoget dan jelas terpampang diatas meja minuman keras (beralkohol).
Tanggapan Pengamat Hukum dan Sosial
Hadi Soetrisno, SH.MH seorang pengamat hukum dan sosial kondang di kota Makassar menilai tindakan yang dilakukan kepala desa mulamenree bersama teman temannya yang di duga sebagai aparat desa merupakan perbuatan yang sangat tercela. Menurut Hadi, tidak sepantasnya seorang pengayom masyarakat desa mempertontonkan hal hal yang tidak pantas dilakukan apalagi sambil bernyanyi, beroget dan memperlihatkan minuman keras dengan cara sengaja di posting di status whatsapp yang secara langsung dapat di tonton orang banyak, “Ujarnya.
Kasus tersebut mencerminkan lemahnya pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja kepala desa. Pemerintah, khususnya camat dan dinas terkait, harus segera bertindak tegas. Jika dibiarkan, hal ini dapat merusak kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah desa.
