XPOSE TV//LOMBOK TENGAH, NTB – Tingkatkan kesadaran serta pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya tertib berlalulintas di jalan raya, Sat Lantas Polres Lombok Tengah memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan rambu rambu dan aturan dalam berlalu lintas bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.
Kegiatan edukasi dan penyuluhan tersebut dilakukan oleh Kanit Kamsel Sat Lantas Polres Lombok Tengah bersama anggota bertempat di Kuta Mandalika, Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah pada Kamis 09/03/2023.
Adapun yang menjadi sasaran dalam edukasi dan penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh Kanit Kamsel Satlantas Polres Lombok Tengah kali ini adalah pemilik rental mobil dan penyewa sepeda motor khususnya warga negara asing (WNA).

Kapolres Lombok Tengah AKBP Irfan Nurmansyah, SIK, MM melalui Kasat Lantas Polres Lombok Tengah AKP Putu Caka PR, SIK mengatakan bahwa kegiatan edukasi dan penyuluhan tersebut dilakukan agar pemilik rental mobil dan penyewa roda dua yang mayoritas warga negara asing tetap mematuhi peraturan Lalulintas dalam rangka cipta kondisi (Cipkon) Kamseltibcarlantas yang kondusif.
Selain memberikan edukasi dan penyuluhan serta himbauan juga kepada warga negara asing (WNA) agar saat memarkirkan kendaraanya ditempat yang aman serta yang ada petugas parkirnya.

Tidak hanya melakukan edukasi dan penyuluhan, upaya upaya lain yang sudah dilakukan oleh Sat Lantas Polres Lombok Tengah untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam berkendara serta mewujudkan masyarakat tertib berlalulintas adalah dengan memasang ribuan baleho himbauan di tempat tempat strategis dan tempat rawan terjadinya laka lantas.
Kasat Lantas Polres Lombok Tengah berharap dengan adanya edukasi, penyuluhan serta himbauan yang sudah dilakukan oleh Satlantas Polres Lombok Tengah dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat serta dapat menekan angka kecelakaan serta fatalitas akibat Lakalantas khususnya di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.
