Lapas Lamongan Jalin Kerja Sama dengan Fakultas Hukum UNISLA Tingkatkan Pengembangan SDM
Acara penandatanganan kerja sama tersebut berlangsung pada Kamis (09/01/2025) di Ruang Kalapas Lapas Lamongan.
Kerja sama ini bertujuan untuk mendukung program Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Pengembangan SDM,dan Pelatihan dan Seminar. Dalam sambutannya, Kepala Lapas Lamongan.
Heri Sulistyo, menyampaikan bahwa sinergi dengan Unisla diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi warga binaan, sehingga mereka dapat lebih siap menghadapi kehidupan setelah masa hukuman selesai.
“Melalui kerja sama ini, kami berharap warga binaan dapat memperoleh ilmu, keterampilan, serta wawasan baru yang akan berguna bagi mereka di masa depan.
Kami juga berkomitmen untuk terus membangun kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak demi menciptakan pembinaan yang lebih baik,” ujar Kepala Lapas Lamongan.
Sementara itu, Dekan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Islam Lamongan, Ayu Dian Ningtyas, menyampaikan dukungannya terhadap kerja sama ini. Ia menekankan pentingnya pendidikan sebagai salah satu kunci utama dalam mengubah perilaku dan memberikan peluang baru bagi para warga binaan.
“Kami merasa terhormat dapat menjadi mitra Lapas Lamongan dalam memberikan kontribusi nyata untuk pembinaan warga binaan. Kami akan mendukung penuh program ini dengan menghadirkan tenaga pengajar dan berbagai program pelatihan yang relevan,” ucap Ayu.
Kerja sama ini mencakup berbagai program, termasuk pelatihan keterampilan, seminar motivasi, pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, serta dukungan akademik dalam bidang tertentu.
Program-program ini dirancang untuk memperluas wawasan dan meningkatkan keterampilan warga binaan agar memiliki kesempatan yang lebih baik di masa mendatang.
Acara diakhiri dengan sesi foto bersama antara pihak Lapas Lamongan dan Universitas Islam Lamongan, menandai dimulainya babak baru dalam Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Pelatihan dan Seminar di Lapas Kelas IIB Lamongan.
