Wali Kota Kediri Segera Keluarkan SE Terkait Larangan Peredaran Miras di Bulan Ramadan

XPOSETV// Kota Kediri– Wali Kota Kediri Vinanda Prameswati segera mengeluarkan Surat Edaran (SE) terkait larangan peredaran minuman keras (miras) selama bulan Ramadan.

“SE segera diterbitkan. Ini dilakukan, sebagai upaya menjaga ketertiban masyarakat saat bulan Ramadan. Nantinya usaha hiburan malam akan dibatasi, dan akan ada pelarangan peredaran minuman keras,” tegas Mbak Wali sapaan (Wali Kota Kediri) akrabnya kini, Jumat (28/2/2025).

Menurut Mbak Wali, untuk memastikan terciptanya kondusifitas dan ketertiban umum, Satpol PP akan menaikkan intensitas pengawasan dan razia minuman keras selama bulan suci ini. Langkah tersebut dilakukan untuk menekan peredaran minuman keras yang dinilai berpotensi mengganggu ketentraman masyarakat.

Kegiatan penertiban gangguan K3, ketentraman dan ketertiban serta perlindungan masyarakat sudah dimulai sejak kemarin. Satpol PP Kota Kediri bersama TNI-Polri mulai bergerak melakukan penyisirian di seluruh wilayah Kota Kediri. Hasilnya mereka mengamankan ratusan botol miras ilegal yang dijual oleh warung-warung dan toko kelontong.

Di antaranya di jalan Pattimura, warung di Pasar Setono Betek, Patiunus, Supersemar, Warung Titik Kumpul Wong Mumet Mojoroto dan warung di Kelurahan Lirboyo. Mereka menyita anggur, arak, ciu hingga vodka.

“Kemarin kita mulai bergerak menyisir mulai dari Kecamatan Kota, Mojoroto dan Pesantren. Kita amankan 150an botol dari berbagai merk,” kata Kasatpol PP Kota Kediri Syamsul Bahri.

 

Menurut Samsul, kegiatan ini akan terus dilaksanakan. Selebihnya, Satpol PP akan menyesuaikan dengan SE yang saat ini masih digodog.

Pihaknya pun meminta pengusaha menghormati bulan suci Ramadan dengan menutup usaha mereka. Terlebih mereka yang tidak berizin dan tetap nekat menjual miras ilegal, Satpol PP tak segan menindak tegas dan menjeratnya dengan Tipiring. 

“Ya yang tetap nekat kita akan tindak tegas dengan Tipiring. Yang jelas Pemerintah Kota Kediri terus berupaya menjaga kondusifitas dan ketentraman di masyarakat selama puasa ini,” tandasnya.
