Dalam hal ini, kata Agus, pihak Kepolisian menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka, yakni inisial (R) 60 tahun dan (E) 44 tahun. Mereka diduga berperan sebagai eksportir minyak goreng ditengah berlangsungnya kebijakan larangan ekspor.
Menurut Agus, diduga terdapat 11 kontainer berisikan minyak goreng siap ekspor. Namun, tiga kontainer telah berada di Negara Timor Leste dan saat ini polisi sedang berkoordinasi dengan Ditjen Bea Cukai, untuk melakukan penarikan tiga kontainer tersebut.
