XPOSE TV//Mataram, NTB – Polda NTB gelar penandatanganan Pakta Integritas serta pengambilan sumpah bagi panitia, peserta, dan orang tua/wali dalam proses seleksi penerimaan Bintara Kompetensi Khusus (Bakomsus) Polri Tahun Anggaran 2025, pada Senin (18/11). Kegiatan yang berlangsung di Mataram ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda NTB, Irjen Pol. Hadi Gunawan, S.H., S.I.K.
Dalam sambutannya, Kapolda NTB menegaskan pentingnya penerapan prinsip Bersih, Transparan, Akuntabel, dan Humanis (BETAH) dalam seluruh tahapan seleksi. Pendekatan metode Clean and Clear, One Day Service, dan One Day Result juga menjadi pedoman utama untuk menjamin kualitas serta transparansi proses rekrutmen. Senin (18/11/2024).

“Seleksi ini tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada kemampuan umum, tetapi juga pada kompetensi khusus di berbagai bidang, seperti pertanian, perikanan, peternakan, gizi, dan kesehatan masyarakat. Polri terus berkomitmen untuk mendukung program prioritas pemerintah, termasuk mewujudkan ketahanan pangan nasional,” ujar Kapolda.
Langkah strategis ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Polri untuk melahirkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas yang mampu mendukung program swasembada pangan sekaligus memperkuat perekonomian masyarakat. “Dengan kompetensi khusus yang dimiliki personel Polri, institusi ini akan semakin tangguh dalam memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat dan negara,” tambahnya.
Harapan Besar Orang Tua dan Peserta
Proses seleksi ini mendapat apresiasi luas, terutama dari para orang tua peserta yang menyaksikan langsung transparansi jalannya tahapan seleksi. “Kami sangat mendukung penerapan sistem BETAH ini. Harapan kami, anak-anak kami bisa berkompetisi secara sehat dan jujur,” ungkap salah satu wali peserta.
Sejumlah peserta juga mengaku termotivasi untuk memberikan yang terbaik dalam tahapan seleksi ini. “Saya ingin menjadi bagian dari Polri yang mendukung ketahanan pangan. Ini adalah kesempatan besar untuk berkontribusi pada bangsa,” ujar seorang peserta dari Lombok Timur.
Mewujudkan Polri yang Profesional dan Modern
Saat Polda NTB gelar penandatangan pakta integritas, Kapolda NTB menyampaikan bahwa penerimaan Bintara Kompetensi Khusus Polri ini merupakan salah satu inovasi strategis untuk membangun Polri yang profesional, modern, dan terpercaya. Selain mendukung program pemerintah, hal ini juga merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab Polri untuk menciptakan anggota yang tidak hanya mampu menjaga keamanan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat.
Melalui langkah-langkah inovatif seperti ini, Polri diharapkan semakin dekat dengan masyarakat dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan zaman. Dengan semangat BETAH, institusi Polri terus bergerak maju untuk menjadi pilar keamanan sekaligus mitra pembangunan yang andal.
