XPOSETV// Tangsel – Dalam rangka mendukung program Asta Cita Presiden Republik Indonesia, pada poin ke tujuh (7) salah satunya adalah pemberantasan judi, yang dimana menjadi atensi Kapolri dan Kapolda Metro Jaya, maka Polres Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) terus melakukan upaya pemberantasan (penegakan hukum) maupun pencegahan terhadap berbagai bentuk kejahatan dalam hal ini khususnya adalah tindak pidana perjudian.
Kali ini Sat Reskrim Polres Tangsel berhasil mengungkap kasus judi online (judol) jaringan internasional dengan mengamankan tujuh (7) orang tersangka terdiri dari lima tersangka laki laki dan dua orang perempuan.
“Berawal dilakukannya patroli siber oleh Unit Krimsus Sat Reskrim Polres Tangsel terhadap situs situs atau alamat website yang diduga merupakan bagian dari judi online, kemudian menemukan salah satu website yang terindikasi kuat merupakan bentuk permainan judi online dengan alamat tautan https://www.worldsnowboardtour.com/,” ujar Kapolres Tangsel AKBP Victor dalam konferensi pers, jum’at 6 Desember 2024.
“Kemudian dari hasil patroli siber ini, Unit Krimsus Sat Reskrim melakukan penyelidikan mendalam sehingga berhasil mengungkap adanya permainan judi online dengan nama situs DJARUM TOTO, dimana kita kembangkan sehingga menemukan tempat yang diduga kuat mengelola judi online tersebut yakni bertempat di lantai 3 salah satu ruko di Puri Mansion Kembangan Jakarta Barat” lanjutnya.
Lebih lanjut Kapolres menjelaskan bahwa situs judol tersebut sudah berlangsung kurang lebih 3 (tiga) tahun dimana sementara terungkap dari pengakuan salah satu tersangka, diketahui pengelola memperoleh keuntungan kurang lebih 2 Milyar pada bulan September 2024 dan kurang lebih 1,9 M pada bulan Oktober 2024. Adapun bila akan mengakses pada situs judol tersebut membutuhkan registrasi, mengisi identitas diri kemudian mencantumkan nomor rekening dan deposit sejumlah uang minimal Rp. 10.000 dan deposit maksimal dengan jumlah uang yang tidak terbatas, dimana di dalam situs judi online ini menyediakan berbagai jenis permainan seperti slot, togel, live casino, sport, arcade, sabung ayam, dan permainan lainnya.
Sementara itu Kasat Reskrim AKP Alvino Cahyadi, S.T.K., S.I.K. menjelaskan dari 7 (tujuh) orang tersangka memiliki peran yang berbeda yaitu sebagai leader operasional marketing, membuat domain situs yang nantinya akan direct ke situs Judol DJARUM TOTO, Sebagai editor foto, video dan gambar Judi Online pada akun media Sosial DJARUM TOTO serta sebagai pengunggah artikel berita dengan menyisipkan link situs judol DJARUM TOTO.
“hasil penyidikan juga diduga operasional judol ini terhubung dengan jaringan di Negara Kamboja. Barang bukti yang kami sita diantaranya 19 HP, 8 Laptop, 7 CPU, 23 Monitor, 20 KeyBoard, 5 Mouse, 28 Buku Tabungan, 26 ATM, 4 Token, 2 Router WIFI dan 1 Box berisi Simcard” jelas Alvino.
Dalam konferensi pers yang dihadiri Wakapolres Kompol Rizkyadi Saputro, S.I.K. dan Kasi Humas AKP Agil Sahril, S.H., Kapolres menghimbau masyarakat untuk tidak terlibat judi online.
“saat ini penyidik berupaya melakukan pengembangan dalam pemberantasan judi, kemudian telah mengajukan pemblokiran terhadap situs ini ke Kementrian Komunikasi dan Digital Republik Indonesia, serta koordinasi dengan PPATK untuk menelusuri aliran dana. Kami juga menghimbau kepada masyarakat, agar tidak terlibat segala bentuk permainan judi dalam hal ini permainan judi online”pungkasnya.
