Mbak Wali Bawa Semangat Retret untuk Bangun Kota Kediri, Tekankan Soliditas dan Integritas
XPOSETV// Kota Kediri– Wali Kota Kediri Vinanda Prameswati nama sapaan Mbak Wali kembali ke Kota Tahu, usai menjalani retret atau pembekalan di Akademi Militer (Akmil) Magelang, pada Jumat (28/2/2025) malam. Bersama wakilnya KH Qhowimuddin, keduanya disambut hangat jajaran Pemerintah Kota Kediri dan relawan.
Dalam sambutannya, Mbak Wali sapaan akrabnya kini, turut membagikan cerita dan pengalamannya selama sepekan mengikuti retret di Magelang, bersama 500an kepala daerah lain di Indonesia. Bagaimana ia dapat membangun sinergitas dengan daerah lain, terutama di Jawa Timur.
“Jadi saya melaksanakan kegiatan retret selama 8 hari dan seluruh kepala daerah yang berkumpul di sana sekitar 500an. Saya setenda dengan Wali Kota Mojokerto, Bupati Banyuwangi dan Lumajang. Sering kita berdiskusi, berkoordinasi, menyampaikan potensi-potensi di kota kami masing-masing,” kata Mbak Wali, membuka ceritanya.
Selama retret, Mbak Wali melahap materi dari Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan para menteri tentang Asta Cita, Ketahanan Nasional dan Wawasan Kebangsaan.
“Dari pagi kita diberikan materi oleh menteri terkait Asta Cita, Ketahanan Nasional dan Wawasan Kebangsaan sesuai visi-misi bapak Prabowo. Diharapkan pemerintah daerah bisa mensikronkan dengan pemerintah pusat,” terangnya.
Termasuk menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan di tengah kebhinekaan. Mbak Wali tak ingin masyarakat, khususnya Kota Kediri agar tidak terpecah belah. “Juga pentingnya menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan di tengah kebhinekaan. Jangan sampai kita terpecah belah,” jelasnya.
Tak kalah penting, bagaimana menciptakan good governance di Pemerintahan Kota Kediri. Menjaga soliditas dan integritas menurut Mbak Wali sangat penting demi terwujudnya Kota Kediri yang lebih maju.
“Mari ciptakan good governance, jangan sampai korupsi. Tugas kita melayani masyarakat, bukan kepentingan pribadi. Kemarin saya juga belajar tentang kesolidan bagaimana menata organisasi ini agar solid. Jika pemimpin dan anggotanya tidak solid itu akan susah. Saya belajar, baik saya dan seluruh OPD di Kota Kediri ini harus solid agar apapun tantangan yang dihadapi itu bisa memberikan solusi dan menyelesaikannya dengan baik,” tegasnya.
Mbak Wali juga belajar tentang kepemimpinan dan chemistry. “Saya juga belajar kepemimpinan agar ke depan bagaimana cara mengarahkan agar ke depan kita bisa bekerja sesuai target dan kita harus bekerja dengan integritas. Juga chemistry,” tandasnya.
Turut hadir dalam acara penyambutan Wali Kota Kediri Vinanda Prameswati dan Wakil Wali Kota Kediri KH Qhowimuddin ini Sekretaris Daerah Kota Kediri Bagus Alit, Ketua DPRD Kota Kediri Firdaus, Anggota DPRD Kota Kediri,sisten dan Staf Ahli, Kepala OPD, camat, lurah serta Relawan Suket Teki Nusantara.
