Ardi Irfandi ST.MM, Kepala Bidang (Kabid) UPT II PKPP PUPR Riau, merespons kritik tersebut dengan segera menghubungi Arjuna Sitepu, Kadiv Pengawasan dan Pencegahan Yayasan DPP KPK TIPIKOR, melalui kontak pribadinya untuk mengklarifikasi pemberitaan tersebut, sampaikannya kepada media ini, Kamis, (02/01/2025)
Ardi menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan pekerjaan di Ruas Jalan Mahato – Manggala masih memerlukan pemeliharaan rutin sepanjang 25 km. Namun, dana yang tersedia di UPT hanya cukup untuk pemeliharaan fungsional sepanjang 1 km hingga 3 km. Sayangnya, jalan tersebut sering dilewati oleh kendaraan over dimension over loading (ODOL), sehingga memerlukan pemeliharaan ekstra, ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut ia menegaskan, untuk mengatasi masalah ODOL, diperlukan peraturan atau undang-undang serta peraturan gubernur (pergub) yang melibatkan Dinas Perhubungan dan Kepolisian Lalu Lintas.
Selain itu, keterlibatan perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang memiliki armada ODOL juga sangat penting. Dalam penyusunan pergub, perlu melibatkan para anggota dewan yang terpilih pada Pemilihan Legislatif (Pileg) Tahun 2024, terangnya.
“Dengan adanya undang-undang dan pergub tentang ODOL, kondisi jalan dapat terjaga dengan baik”.
Tambahkannya, keterlibatan semua pihak, mulai dari pemerintah, perusahaan, hingga lembaga pengeritik serta peran masyarakat, sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas perawatan jalan. Dengan kerjasama yang baik, diharapkan masalah pemeliharaan di ruas jalan manggala – mahato dapat teratasi dan kualitas infrastruktur jalan dapat ditingkatkan.
Ardi Irfandi ST.MM, mengajak perusahaan-perusahaan yang beroperasi di wilayah Ruas Jalan Manggala – Mahato untuk berkolaborasi bersama pemerintah, diharapkan memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap perawatan jalan ini. Kontribusi berupa dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dari perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut sangat diperlukan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan pemeliharaan yang sedang berjalan. Dana CSR ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan perawatan dan peningkatan kualitas jalan, sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh pengguna jalan.
Keterlibatan semua pihak, mulai dari pemerintah, perusahaan, hingga Lembaga pengeritik serta masyarakat, sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas perawatan jalan. Dengan kerjasama yang baik, diharapkan masalah pemeliharaan jalan di Ruas Jalan Manggala – Mahato dapat teratasi dan kualitas infrastruktur jalan dapat ditingkatkan, tutupnya.
