XPOSE TV//Lombok Barat, NTB – Workshop Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru dengan tema “Pengembangan Bahan Ajar dan Modul Ajar”. Acara ini berlangsung di SD SMPN Satu Atap 4 Gunungsari pada hari Sabtu 16 November 2024, dihadiri oleh Komunitas Belajar Gubuk Ajar yang terdiri para Guru Hebat di SD SMPN Satu Atap (Satap) 4 Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat (Lobar) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sabtu (16/12/2024).
Workshop peningkatan kompetensi guru ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar dan modul ajar yang relevan, kreatif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Sebagai narasumber utama, Bapak Sariu, S.Pd., Kepala Sekolah SDN 3 Bukit Tinggi, memberikan materi dan berbagi pengalaman inspiratifnya selama bertahun-tahun menjadi pejuang pendidikan.
Pembukaan Dan Sambutan Inspiratif
Kegiatan ini dibuka dengan sambutan dari Kepala Sekolah SD SMPN Satu Atap 4 Gunungsari, Bapak Warige Hadinata, M.Pd. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan. “Guru memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun kemampuan literasi, numerasi, dan keterampilan sikap peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan bahan ajar yang berkualitas menjadi langkah awal untuk mencetak generasi yang unggul,” ujar Kepala Sekolah.
Selain itu, beliau juga mengingatkan pentingnya memantapkan administrasi pembelajaran sebagai bagian integral dari tugas guru. “Administrasi pembelajaran adalah senjata pamungkas untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di masa depan,” tambahnya.
Materi Dan Kegiatan Workshop
Selama dua hari, mulai 16 hingga 17 November 2024, peserta workshop akan mendapatkan materi intensif mengenai:
1. Teknik pengembangan bahan ajar interaktif.
2. Penyusunan modul ajar berbasis kurikulum terbaru.
3. Strategi mengukur efektivitas bahan ajar dalam mendukung capaian pembelajaran.
Tidak hanya teori, para peserta juga diajak untuk langsung mempraktikkan pembuatan bahan ajar dan modul ajar yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas.
Apresiasi Untuk Guru Hebat
Dalam penutupan hari pertama, Bapak Sariu, S.Pd., memberikan motivasi kepada peserta workshop. “Ilmu akan menjadi lebih bermakna jika diimplementasikan. Guru adalah pilar perubahan, dan dengan terus berbagi, kita dapat memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia,” tegasnya.
Ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasi tinggi juga disampaikan kepada seluruh peserta atas dedikasi mereka. Harapannya, hasil workshop ini dapat membawa perubahan positif dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif serta menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Workshop ini menjadi momentum penting dalam upaya memajukan pendidikan di Lombok Barat, khususnya di SD SMPN Satu Atap 4 Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat NTB, Dengan semangat berbagi dan belajar bersama, para guru diharapkan terus berinovasi dan berkontribusi dalam mencetak Generasi Emas Indonesia.
