Pelaku, melakukan aksinya pada hari Rabu tanggal 18 September 2024, Sekira Pukul 22.50 Wib di Aurigamart Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Kauman, diketahui berinisial DD merupakan warga Gondang Tulungagung.
Kapolres Tulungagung AKBP Muhammad Taat Resdi melalui Kasatreskrim Polres Tulungagung AKP Ryo Pradana N mengatakan, Unit Resmob Macan Agung telah melakukan interogasi kepada pelaku DD yang sementara ditahan di Mapolsek Gondang dalam Kasus penganiayaan.
“Selatah kami interogasi, pelaku DD mengakui perbuatannya berikut menunjukkan Barang bukti sajam yang dipakek pada saat kejadian yang ditaruh di Kos daerah Kelurahan Kutoanyar Kec/Kab. Tulungagung”, ujar AKP Ryo, Sabtu (16/11/24).
Barang bukti yang diamankan 1(Satu) Buah celurit, 1(Satu) Buah Helm ALV Warna Hitam, 1(Satu) buah Celana Kain Warna Hitam dan 1(Satu) Pasang Sandal Slop Warna Hitam
“Modus operandi Pelaku DD dalam melakukan tindak Pidana tersebut dengan diawali mencari sasaran Supermarket yang terlihat mau tutup atau sepi atau lengah”, sambungnya.
“Setelah mendapatkan sasaran, Kemudian Pelaku akan berpura-pura membeli susu, ketika akan membayar dan dianggap Aman pelaku akan melancarkan perbuatannya dengan Menodongkan Sajam jenis celurit ke Kasir dan mengambil barang maupun Uang Tunai”, tandas AKP Ryo. (@LW)
