Sulawesi Utara – XposeTV. SPBU milik bupati mitra diduga jadi sarang mafia BBM. Sebuah SPBU di Jalan Ratahan – Kotamobagu, Ponosakan Indah, Kecamatan Belang, Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, menjadi sorotan setelah diduga kuat menjadi pusat praktik mafia BBM yang merugikan masyarakat. SPBU yang dikabarkan merupakan aset pribadi Bupati Mitra ini dituding sebagai lokasi penjualan BBM ilegal secara terbuka, mengabaikan aturan resmi Pertamina dan meninggalkan rakyat dalam kesulitan.
Di tengah antrean panjang kendaraan yang kehabisan bahan bakar, puluhan jerigen justru dilayani dengan cepat di SPBU tersebut. Padahal, Pertamina secara tegas melarang penjualan BBM dalam jerigen tanpa izin khusus untuk mencegah penimbunan dan perdagangan gelap. Namun, di lokasi ini, aturan itu seperti tidak berlaku. Warga yang berusaha mengisi bensin untuk keperluan harian terpaksa menunggu berjam-jam, sementara para pelaku “mafia” leluasa membawa puluhan jerigen tanpa hambatan.
“Saya sudah dua jam antre, tapi mereka yang bawa jerigen langsung masuk. Semua orang tahu ini SPBU siapa, tapi siapa yang berani protes? Kami takut,” ujar seorang pengendara motor yang enggan disebutkan namanya. Kepahitan dan ketakutan warga terlihat jelas, mengindikasikan praktik intimidasi yang mungkin terjadi.
Praktik ilegal ini diduga kuat terlindungi oleh jaringan kekuasaan. Sejumlah warga menyebut pemilik SPBU sebagai orang terdekat Bupati Mitra, bahkan ada spekulasi bahwa Bupati sendiri yang menguasai bisnis tersebut. Jika benar, ini menjadi bukti penyalahgunaan jabatan untuk melindungi kejahatan terstruktur yang merampas hak rakyat.

Pertanyaan besar tertuju pada aparat penegak hukum. “Mengapa tidak ada tindakan? Ini sudah terjadi berbulan-bulan. Apakah mereka tutup mata karena takut atau justru terlibat?” tanya seorang aktivis lokal yang meminta anonim.
Masyarakat menuntut Pertamina dan pemerintah pusat turun tangan langsung. “Ini bukan sekadar pelanggaran operasional, tapi kejahatan terorganisasi yang merusak tatanan sosial. Jika dibiarkan, rakyat semakin kehilangan kepercayaan pada negara,” tegas pengamat hukum setempat.
Pertamina melalui perwakilannya sebelumnya telah mengingatkan bahwa penjualan BBM dalam jerigen hanya diperbolehkan untuk kepentingan darurat dengan pengawasan ketat. Namun, hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada klarifikasi resmi dari pihak Pertamina atau kepolisian terkait investigasi kasus ini.
Tekanan publik terus mengalir melalui media sosial dan komunitas lokal. Tagar #UsutMafiaBBMMitra menjadi trending, menuntut transparansi dan hukuman tegas bagi pelaku. “Kami tidak butuh janji. Kami butuh aksi nyata! Hentikan perampokan BBM oleh oknum serakah!” seru seorang warganet.
Di tengah krisis BBM yang melanda wilayah tersebut, kasus ini menjadi ujian bagi integritas pemerintah dan penegak hukum. Rakyat Mitra menunggu: akankah kebenaran dan keadilan ditegakkan, atau mereka terus dibiarkan menjadi korban “pemerkosaan” oleh mafia yang bersembunyi di balik kekuasaan? (Afat)
