Dengan menyiapkan dana likuiditas hingga Rp 2 triliun, BSG memastikan kebutuhan finansial nasabah terpenuhi selama periode libur panjang.
Direktur Utama BSG, Revino Pepah, menyebut momen Natal dan Tahun Baru memiliki makna istimewa bagi masyarakat setempat. āKami ingin memastikan seluruh nasabah dapat merayakan Natal dan Tahun Baru dengan tenang, tanpa khawatir akan kebutuhan finansial mereka,ā ujar Pepah, Kamis (18/12/2024).
Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, BSG telah meningkatkan layanan di berbagai aspek. Seluruh cabang memastikan kesiapan dana tunai, sementara ATM yang tersebar di wilayah Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo dipastikan berfungsi optimal dengan ketersediaan uang tunai yang memadai.
Nasabah juga dimudahkan dengan layanan perbankan digital 24 jam melalui aplikasi seperti SMS Banking, BSGtouch, BSGqris, dan BSGdirect. āDengan layanan digital ini, transaksi bisa dilakukan kapan saja dan di mana saja,ā tambah Pepah. Call Center BSG di 1500-659 juga tetap aktif untuk melayani informasi nasabah selama libur.

Operasional kantor BSG akan tutup pada 25-26 Desember 2024 dan 1 Januari 2025. Namun, layanan Weekend Banking di Manado Town Square 3 akan tersedia pada Sabtu, 28 Desember 2024, dari pukul 10.00 hingga 14.00 WITA. Pada tanggal 27, 30, dan 31 Desember 2024, layanan berjalan normal seperti biasa.
