XPOSETV// Kota Kediri — Gerakan Pembagian 10 juta Bendera Merah Putih, menjadi agenda rutin tahunan menjelang 17 Agustus yang dicanangkan Direktur Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Guna mensukseskan gerakan tersebut, setiap Pemerintah Daerah wajib berpartisipasi dan ikut membagikan Bendera Merah Putih, termasuk juga Pemerintah Kota Kediri.

Semakin mendekati hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, Pemerintah Kota Kediri bersama Pemerintah Provinsi dan Kota/Kabupaten lainnya terus melakukan rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi Gerakan Pembagian 10 Juta Bendera Merah Putih Tahun 2024 secara virtual dengan Direktur Jenderal Politik dan Pemerintahan Umum Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Rapat koordinasi yang dilaksanakan hari ini(14/8) dibuka oleh Plh. Dirjen Politik dan PUM Kemendagri, Togap Simangunsong.

Rakor dan evaluasi tersebut dilaksanakan untuk menyatukan pelaksanaan gerakan yang telah berlangsung sejak 1 Juni 2024 hingga 17 Agustus 2024 di berbagai daerah. Sementara Gerakan ini secara simbolis telah diluncurkan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur pada 8 Juni 2024 oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri. Sedangkan di Kota Kediri sendiri, gerakan Pembagian Bendera Merah Putih sudah mulai dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 1 Juni yang bertepatan dengan hari lahir Pancasila.

Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik, Indun Munawaroh mengatakan bahwa hingga hari ini, Kesbangpol dengan menggandeng Purna Paskibraka Indonesia (PPI) Kota Kediri, forum pembaruan persahabatan dan beberapa mitra kerja Bakesbangpol lainnya telah membagikan lebih dari 1000 bendera merah putih melalui berbagai kegiatan.

“Pembagian Bendera Merah Putih kami bagikan dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti di Car Free Day, kegiatan masyarakat atau komunitas hingga langsung ke rumah-rumah warga dan jalan,”pungkasnya.

Indun mengatakan, bahwa hingga puncak hari kemerdekaan nanti akan terus membagikan Bendera Merah Putih. Dikesempatan yang sama ini juga mengajak masyarakat untuk bisa ikut serta mensukseskan Gerakan Pembagian 10 Juta Bendera Merah Putih dengan ikut membagikan Bendera Merah Putih dengan menggalang partisipasi dan swadaya masyarakat, baik secara pribadi, kelompok, organisasi kemasyarakatan, unsur pemerintahan, maupun swasta.

“Pembangian bendera merah putih ini tidak hanya bisa dilaksanakan Bakesbangpol, namun masyarakat, kantor-kantor swasta, organisasi masyarakat dan unsur masyarakat lainnya juga bisa ikut serta membagikan bendera merah putih pada orang-orang disekitarnya,”ujarnya.

Terakhir Indun berharap dengan terlaksananya gerakan ini dapat memperkuat rasa persatuan dan kesatuan, serta membangkitkan semangat persahabatan dan cinta tanah air dalam menyambut peringatan Bulan Kemerdekaan Indonesia.

“Semakin banyak masyarakat yang mau ikut serta dalam gerakan ini, maka semangat masyarakat dalam menyambut kemerdekaan juga akan semakin meningkat. Mari sambut Hari Kemerdekaan dengan mengibarkan Bendera Merah Putih,”ungkapkan.
