Iring-iringan massa yang terdiri kader dan partai pengusung serta simpatisan memadati sepanjang jalan Sudirman KM. 4 dan menciptakan suasana meriah dengan penuh semangat.
Sebelum diantar ke Kantor KPU, Mahyaruddin Salim B beserta istri dan Muhammad Fadly Abdina beserta istri telah disambut masyarakat, simpatisan, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Pemuda, 8 partai pengusung dan 15 tim relawan yang sudah hadir di halaman rumah orangtua Alm. H Zulkifli Batubara.
Dalam acara tersebut, terlihat sejumlah ketua dan sekretaris partai politik dari koalisi pengusung untuk memberikan dukungan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Partai Golkar, Partai Gerindra, Partai Hanura, Partai PKB, Partai Gelora, Partai Ummat, Partai Garuda dan PSI. Delapan partai politik tersebut mendeklarasikan dukungan terhadap Pasangan MADINA sebagai Calon WaliKota dan Wakil WaliKota Tanjungbalai pada Pilkada Kota Tanjungbalai tahun 2024.
Usai deklarasi dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan Ketua dan Sekretaris Partai Pengusung, kemudian menyerahkannya kepada pasangan MADINA.
