Xposetv.Live, Sidoarjo – Rancang layanan RSUD R.T Notopuro Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Fenny Apridawati mengajak RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo untuk menjadi rumah sakit dengan ciri khas yang kuat dan menjadi rujukan utama bagi masyarakat. Ajakan ini disampaikan saat Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) dan Rapat Kerja (Raker) yang digelar dengan tema “Optimalisasi RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo Sebagai Rumah Sakit Kelas A,” di Hotel Double Three Surabaya pada Sabtu (31/8/24).
“Saya atas nama Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan menyampaikan pesan dari Plt. Bupati Sidoarjo bahwa kami mendukung sepenuhnya perubahan dan inovasi RSUD R.T. Notopuro yang sudah menjadi tipe A, agar menjadi rujukan bagi masyarakat khususnya Sidoarjo dan Jawa Timur pada umumnya,” ucapnya.
Kedua, Fenny juga menyampaikan bahwa pentingnya RSUD R.T. Notopuro untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki. Ia berharap RSUD tidak hanya mampu memberikan pelayanan medis terbaik, tetapi juga menjadi pusat penelitian dan pendidikan (Diklat) bagi rumah sakit lainnya di wilayah Sidoarjo dan sekitarnya.
“RSUD R.T. Notopuro harus terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Dengan menjadi pusat Diklat bagi rumah sakit lainnya, kita bisa menjadikan RSUD ini sebagai pusat unggulan dalam pelayanan kesehatan,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, Ia juga menyoroti pentingnya keberadaan rumah transit bagi ibu hamil dengan risiko tinggi. Menurutnya, penyediaan fasilitas ini akan sangat membantu dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) di Sidoarjo, serta memastikan bahwa ibu hamil dengan kondisi khusus mendapatkan perawatan yang optimal.
“Rumah transit atau singgah ini akan menjadi salah satu ciri khas RSUD R.T. Notopuro. Kita harus memastikan bahwa ibu hamil dengan risiko tinggi mendapatkan tempat yang aman dan nyaman untuk mempersiapkan kelahiran mereka,” tambahnya.
Dengan adanya berbagai upaya optimalisasi ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo juga dapat mempertahankan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang telah mencapai 81,88 persen.
“Salah satu faktor penilaian IPM adalah bidang kesehatan, sehingga jika bidang kesehatan ini terus meningkat, IPM kita akan meningkat, bahkan nilai 81.88 persen tersebut adalah nilai target di tahun 2026,” pungkasnya.
Ketua Dewan Pengawas (Dewas) Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo, dr. Harsono mendukung penuh RSUD untuk fokus pada inovasinya yaitu peningkatan pelayanan, pendidikan, serta pelatihan.
“Menjadi Rumah Sakit dengan tipe A harus terus meningkatkan pelayanan, standart SDM, serta sarana prasarana. Bahkan inovasi menjadi pusat pelatihan dan pendidikan dari RSUD R.T. Notopuro akan menjadi salah satu nilai plus untuk mengejar target di tahun 2026 menjadi RS tingkat internasional,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Plt. Direktur RSUD R.T. Notopuro Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dr. Atok Irawan mengatakan bahwa RSUD R.T. Notopuro yang sudah hampir satu tahun menjadi RS Tipe A ini, akan terus menjadi RS yang bermutu dan berkualitas.
“Masterplan pengembangan dan sarana prasarana hingga tahun 2026 sudah kami rancang sedemikian rupa, 9 layanan prioritas fokus kami juga sudah lengkap dengan alkes yang ada, ditambah pada Juli 2024 kami meraih akreditasi paripurna yang menjadikan semangat kami untuk berinovasi meningkatkan pelayanan, dan fokus pada pendidikan serta penelitian,” terangnya.
