XPOSE TV//Lombok Tengah, NTB – Polres Lombok Tengah melaksanakan patroli dan meninjau langsung lokasi terdampak banjir akibat curah hujan tinggi di Desa Bangket Parak Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah (Loteng) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, Kamis (13/2/2025).
Polres Lombok Tengah melaksanakan patroli tersebut, petugas memberikan imbauan kepada warga agar tetap waspada terhadap potensi banjir susulan serta menjaga mengutamakan keselamatan diri.
Kapolres Lombok Tengah, AKBP Iwan Hidayat, SIK melalui Kasi Humas IPTU L. Brata Kusnadi, mengatakan bahwa patroli ini bertujuan untuk memantau dan memastikan kondisi warga pascabanjir.
“Kami hadir di tengah masyarakat untuk memastikan situasi tetap kondusif dan mengimbau warga agar selalu waspada. Jangan panik, tetap tenang, apabila terjadi banjir susulan segera laporkan ke pihak berwenang untuk segera dilakukan evakuasi,” ujarnya.
Selain memantau kondisi banjir, pihaknya juga bekerja sama Basarnas, pemerintah daerah dan relawan untuk membantu warga yang terdampak. Mereka turut mendistribusikan bantuan seperti makanan, air bersih, serta kebutuhan pokok lainnya.
Brata juga mengingatkan warga yang tinggal di daerah rawan banjir agar selalu memperhatikan informasi cuaca dan mengikuti arahan dari petugas terkait. “Kami mengimbau masyarakat untuk tetap siaga, terutama jika curah hujan tinggi. Pastikan berada ditempat yang aman berikut dengan barang-barang yang berharga,” tambahnya.
Polres Lombok Tengah menegaskan akan terus melakukan patroli serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait guna memastikan keselamatan masyarakat di tengah kondisi cuaca ekstrem yang masih berlangsung. Jika ada warga yang membutuhkan pertolongan, diimbau untuk segera menghubungi kepolisian atau petugas tanggap darurat setempat.
