XPOSETV// Kota Kediri — Apel Gelar Pasukan dalam rangka Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru 2024 dilaksanakan di Halaman Balai Kota Kediri, dipimpin langsung oleh Pj Wali Kota Kediri Zanariah yang didampingi Kapolres Kediri Kota AKBP Bramastyo Priaji dan Dandim 0809 Kediri Letkol Inf Aris Setiawan, Kamis (15/8). Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru 2024 ini diselenggarakan guna melakukan pengamanan pemilihan kepala daerah serentak tahun 2024 di wilayah Kota Kediri.
Apel Gelar Pasukan ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk mengecek kesiapan personel, sarana, dan prasarana, sebelum diterjunkan untuk melaksanakan pengamanan Pilkada serentak tahun 2024. Dengan harapan, Pilkada nanti dapat terselenggara dengan aman, lancar, dan damai. “Pilkada tahun ini memiliki kompleksitas kerawanan dan karakteristik yang khas. Karena untuk pertama kalinya, Provinsi Jawa Timur akan menyelenggarakan pesta demokrasi secara serentak dalam tahun yang sama, yaitu pemilihan calon gubernur dan calon wakil gubernur serta pemilihan calon kepala daerah dan calon wakil kepala daerah,” ungkap Pj Wali Kota Kediri.

Lebih lanjut, Zanariah menuturkan bahwa dalam kacamata Kamtibmas, peningkatan intensitas kegiatan politik ini tentunya dapat memunculkan potensi kerawanan di bidang keamanan. Di antaranya yang cukup menjadi perhatian bagi Polri adalah pemanfaatan identitas politik, penyebaran isu-isu yang dapat memecah belah persatuan, kampanye negatif, serta penyebaran hoax dan ujaran kebencian, yang berpotensi menimbulkan konflik sosial di tengah-tengah kehidupan bermasyarakat. Melihat tingginya kerawanan pelaksanaan Pilkada tahun 2024 ini, maka operasi kepolisian kewilayahan “Mantap Praja Semeru 2024” dihadiri oleh Polda Jawa Timur beserta jajaran, dan satwil jajaran, dengan didukung oleh TNI, instansi terkait dan mitra Kamtibmas lainnya.
Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru 2024 ini, menurut Pj Wali Kota Kediri dilaksanakan dalam rangka pengamanan penyelenggaraan tahapan Pilkada selama 135 hari (sepanjang tahun 2024), termasuk sejak diberlakukan mulai tangal 19 agustus sampai dengan 31 desember 2024 dengan mengedepankan kegiatan preemtif dan preventif yang didukung dengan kegiatan penegakan hukum.Pelaksanaan Operasi Mantap Praja Semeru 2024 akan melibatkan 2.285 personel, rinciannya, Polres Kediri Kota 576 personel, TNI 31 personel, dan Linmas 1.678 personel. “Kekuatan personel ini tidak hanya akan difokuskan untuk mengamankan kantor penyelenggara pilkada seperti KPU dan Bawaslu, tetapi juga untuk patroli dan pengamanan di 839 TPS kategori kurang rawan,” tambahnya.
Pj Wali Kota Kediri bersama Forkopimda Kota Kediri berkomitmen untuk terus bekerja keras guna menjamin penyelenggaraan Pilkada tahun 2024 agar dapat berjalan dengan aman, lancar, dan damai, dengan memetakan berbagai potensi kerawanan untuk melakukan upaya penanganan secara profesional dan berkelanjutan. “Perkuat solidaritas dan sinergitas TNI dan Polri, jaga netralitas Polri dan TNI, kedepankan langkah proaktif dengan mengoptimalkan deteksi dini, gelorakan deklarasi pilkada damai di masing-masing wilayah dengan mengikutsertakan unsur-unsur yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pilkada serta melakukan penegakan hukum secara profesional dan proporsional ,” pesannya.
Setelah apel gelar pasukan selesai, dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan deklarasi damai oleh Ketua FKUB, Ketua MUI, Ketua DMI, Ketua PCNU, Ketua PD Muhammadiyah, forum rektor, Ketua IPSI, perwakilan perguruan silat, Ketua KNPI, Ketua HIPMI, Ketua Kadin, paguyuban seni, Ketua PWI, perwakilan jurnalis, Ketua Pemuda Pancasila, dan perwakilan suporter bola. Selain itu penandatanganan juga dilakukan oleh Ketua KPU, Ketua Bawaslu, dan Forkopimda Kota Kediri. Kemudian acara dilanjutkan dengan Simulasi Sistem Pengaman Kota (Sispamkota).
Turut hadir dan mengikuti apel gelar pasukan Ketua Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri Andi Mirnawaty, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Kota Kediri Khairul, Dan brigif 16 Wira Yudha Letkol Inf Taufik Ismail, Danyonif 521 Dadaha Yudha Kediri Letkol Inf Rahadian Surya Murdata, perwakilan Ketua KPU Kota Kediri Roichatul Jannah, Ketua Bawaslu Kota Kediri Yudi Agung Nugraha, Kepala Satpol PP Syamsul Bahri, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Muhammad Fajri, Kepala Bakesbangpol Indun Munawaroh, Camat Mojoroto Bambang Tri Lasmono, Ketua Partai Politik, serta para tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat.
