Ananas 23 Kelurahan Pisang Candi Kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang dan dihadiri pengurus dan puluhan anggota yang tergabung dalam organisasi PERADI RBA (Rumah Bersama Advocat) Kabupaten Malang.28/12/2024
Dalam kegiatan ini PERADI dibawah kepemimpinan Dr. Luhut M.P. Pangaribuan, S.H., LL.M, dan DPC Kabupaten Malang yang diketuai oleh Agustian Siagian, S.H., selain membahas rencana kerja organisasi kedepan dan juga pembagian Kartu Tanda Pengenal Anggota (KTPA) PERADI RBA juga menyinggung hasil Rapimnas DPN PERADI.
Dalam sambutannya Agustian Siagian, S.H., menyampaikan bahwa kedepannya para anggota harus maju untuk menjadi pengurus demi berkibarnya DPC PERADI RBA Kabupaten Malang.
“Saya berharap tahun depan Muscab para anggota mau mencalonkan diri menjadi pengurus, tiga tahun lalu awal dibentuk DPC PERADI Kabupaten Malang hanya diinisiatori oleh 11 orang, dan bersyukur sekarang menjadi total 86 anggota”.
Ketua DPC PERADI Kabupaten Malang ini juga menyampaikan terkait hasil Rapimnas bahwasanya kedepan grade kelulusan UPA ditingkatkan serta menyinggung terkait putusan Mahkamah Agung perihal keabsahan kepengurusan PERADI RBA dibawah kepemimpinan Dr. Luhut M.P. Pangaribuan, S.H., LL.M.
“Kedepannya grade Ujian Profesi Advokat ditingkatkan, serta pengurus DPC wajib turut berperan serta aktif untuk pengembangan organisasi. Dan lagi pasca keluarnya putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 189 kemarin, yakni PERADI RBA kita yang sah berbadan hukum maka kita selaku pengurus dan anggota ditingkat cabang hendaknya lebih percaya diri dan profesional lagi ditengah menjamurnya OA saat ini”, tambahnya.
Dr. Yayan Riyanto, S.H., M.H selaku advokat senior juga menyampaikan terkait langkah sukses menjadi advokat supaya bisa bertahan ditengah – tengah semakin menjamurnya profesi advokat saat ini.
“Kita sebagai advokat harus memiliki jiwa yang tangguh tahan banting dan mampu bersaing, tidak mudah untuk menjadi advokat yang sukses. Harus dimulai sejak dini. Dahulu awal saya merintis advokat memang agak berat untuk memiliki kantor, tapi dari perjuangan yang saya lewati Alhamdulillah saat ini saya memiliki dua kantor di Malang dan Jakarta, nah kalian juga harus mampu. Kuncinya yakinlah dan tetap jaga integritas, pasti kelak waktu juga akan menghargai sesuai kapasitas anda”, tutur pria kelahiran 51 tahun silam ini.
Perlu diketahui DPC PERADI RBA Kabupaten Malang ini dinahkodai oleh Agustian Siagian, S.H., selaku ketua, Imam Syafi’i, S.H., M.H wakil ketua, Ach Husairi, S.H., M.H., sekretaris dan bendahara Muchlis D.Ardiansyah, S.H., M.H., dan beberapa pengurus lainnya, serta Dr. Yayan Riyanto, S.H., M.H., selaku Pembina. Awal dibentuk kepengurusan di tahun 2021 pada bulan April dengan masa bhakti sampai dengan tahun 2025 April mendatang.
