Tentunya dinas terkait telah melakukan peninjauan lapangan dan memenuhi berbagai persyaratan,” ujar salah satu pihak yang tidak ingin disebutkan namanya.
Mereka juga menambahkan bahwa jika hal ini dianggap salah, seharusnya dinas yang mengeluarkan izin juga diperiksa. K-Gym ini adalah usaha resmi dengan izin yang sah, bukan usaha liar. “Kesimpulan penyidik terkesan tergesa-gesa. Ketika Pemkot telah mengeluarkan perizinan, berarti legalitas tempat usaha tersebut telah terpenuhi. Lalu, apa yang salah?” tambahnya.
