XPOSE TV , Kediri — Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Kediri menyiapkan Rp100 Miliar untuk subsidi warga terdampak kenaikan BBM. Hal ini dilakukan guna mengulatkan daya beli masyarakat sekaligus mencegah terjadinya inflasi daerah.

Hal ini disampaikan langsung Bupati Kediri Hanindhito Himawan Pramana atau yang akrab disapa Mas Dhito itu saat rapat koordinasi tim pengendalian inflasi daerah di Kantor Pemerintahan Kabupaten Kediri, Senin (5/9/2022).

Menurutnya, Pemkab Kediri tengah menyiapkan langkah-langkah strategis terhadap dampak kenaikan BBM. Salah satunya akan memberikan subsidi kepada pekerja transportasi umum yang mengangkut bahan-bahan pokok.

“Kita akan mensubsidi kebutuhan BBM yang digunakan oleh transportasi umum yang mengangkut bahan-bahan pokok,” terang Mas Dhito.

Dari dana subsidi Rp17 Miliar yang telah tersedia saat ini, kata Mas Dhito, akan ditambah alokasi untuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) BBM sebesar Rp73 Miliar dengan sasaran 91.000 penerima manfaat.

“Kurang lebih Pemkab mengalokasikan Rp100 Miliar untuk penanggulangan inflasi daerah,” tuturnya.

Selain bantuan untuk transportasi umum pengangkut kebutuhan pokok dan BLT tersebut, pihaknya juga mengambil langkah strategis lain seperti membuka lebar lapangan pekerjaan, termasuk melalui padat karya di lingkup desa.

Di samping itu, bupati muda yang gemar mengendarai vespa tersebut juga meminta kepada Kepala Dinas Perdagangan (Disdag) serta Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro (Diskopusmik) untuk mengambil langkah konkrit guna mencegah terjadinya inflasi di daerahnya.

Mas Dhito menargetkan, penyaluran subsidi tersebut akan disalurkan mulai tanggal 15 September mendatang.

“Target kita, saya minta setiap SKPD untuk menyusun program kegiatan. 15 September sudah mulai pencairan,” terang bupati berkacamata tersebut.

Dalam penyusunan program yang dimaksud, Mas Dhito mengingatkan kepada seluruh jajarannya untuk bekerja dengan hati dan cepat. Bahkan, pihaknya meminta agar jajarannya tidak mengenal hari libur untuk mencegah inflasi ini.

“Artinya, waktu kita hanya 10 hari kerja. Dan saya minta kepada seluruh SKPD untuk tidak mengenal hari libur,” pintanya.

Orang nomor satu di Kabupaten Kediri tersebut menambahkan, dana desa juga dapat digunakan untuk pengendalian inflasi. Sehingga, daya  beli masyarakat desa tetap terjaga.

Dengan penggunaan dana desa untuk subsidi tersebut, Mas Dhito menegaskan jika ditemukan penyelewengan dalam penyaluran subsidi ini, pihaknya akan memberikan sanksi berat.

“Saya imbau, kepada seluruh kepala desa yang memberikan BLT, diimbau untuk tidak ada penyelewengan. Terutama kepada perangkat-perangkatnya. Kalau sampai ada penyelewengan, kami yang ada di Pemerintah Kabupaten tidak akan memberikan ruang maaf,” tegasnya.

Tak hanya pihak desa, peringatan keras ini juga ditujukan kepada seluruh kepala SKPD dan stafnya.

“Jika nanti ada SKPD ataupun dari staff SKPD yang melakukan penyelewengan, maka akan kita berikan sanksi berat,” pungkasnya.
