Operasi SAR yang dimulai pada Sabtu (6/7) malam ini masih terus berlangsung hingga hari ini, Selasa (9/7) dengan fokus utama mencari korban lainnya yang belum ditemukan. Tim SAR telah bekerja keras menyisir lokasi longsor dengan menggunakan berbagai alat manual.
Upaya pencarian terkendala oleh kondisi tanah yang labil dan cuaca yang tidak bersahabat. Hujan deras yang mengguyur lokasi longsor beberapa hari terakhir ini semakin mempersulit proses evakuasi.

“Meskipun kondisi sulit, kami tidak akan menyerah dan terus berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk menemukan para korban,” ujar Komandan Korem 133/Nani Gorontalo, Brigjen TNI Hari Pahlawantoro, S.Sos., saat meninjau lokasi longsor pada Selasa (9/7).
Update data terbaru sampai saat ini korban meninggal berjumlah 19 orang dan korban selamat 2 orang.
