AKBP Irfan pada seluruh peserta rapat menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut bertujuan agar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan L’Etape Indonesia by Tour de France dapat berjalan dengan aman dan lancar dimana kegiatan tersebut diadakan di wilayah Lombok Tengah dan berharap dapat meningkatkan perekonomian khususnya di wilayah Lombok Tengah dan pariwisata di Lombok Tengah bisa semakin maju.

Event tersebut merupakan balap sepeda khusus untuk pembalap profesional yang diikuti oleh sekitar 22 Negara yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu 27 Mei 2023 dari pukul 10.00 wita – 19.00 wita dan Minggu 28 Mei 2023 dari pukul 04.30 wita – 17.00 wita bertempat di Pertamina Mandalika Street sircuit.
Adapun kegiatan tersebut dibagi menjadi 3 kelas yaitu kelas Long Distance 141 Km, Short distance 79 Km dan Non road bike 48 Km yang diikuti oleh peserta sekitar 500 peserta.
