EXPOSE TV Rokan Hilir – Yayasan Dewan Perwakilan Pusat (DPP) Komisi Pengawasan Korupsi Tindak Pidana Korupsi (KPK TIPIKOR) kembali menyoroti tabir misteri tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) yang terjadi pada kegiatan penyaluran anggaran Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Fokus utama adalah pada tahun 2020-2021 dan secara umum pada tahun 2022-2023 di tingkat pendidikan SMA NEGERI 2 BAGAN SINEMBAH dan SMK TEKNOLOGI BALAM, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Provinsi Riau. DR Marwan S.Ag, SH, AP, M.Hum, MA, Ketua Umum Yayasan DPP KPK TIPIKOR mendukung penuh langkah yang dilakukan oleh Arjuna Sitepu, Kepala Divisi Pencegahan dan Pengawasan DPP KPK TIPIKOR, untuk melaporkan kasus ini ke Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.
Arjuna Sitepu, menyampaikan kepada media ini, menegaskan bahwa semangat para penggiat anti korupsi dalam mencegah dan memberantas tindak pidana korupsi harus tetap digelorakan sepanjang masa. Tindak pidana korupsi merupakan “Kejahatan Luar Biasa” yang secara tegas diamanatkan dalam PP No. 71 Tahun 2000 tentang Peran serta masyarakat dan pemberian penghargaan dalam mencegah dan memberantas tindak pidana korupsi, Senin, (09/12/2024).
Temuan ini resmi disampaikan melalui laporan elektronik kepada Andi Adikarya Putra SH, MH, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Rokan Hilir, dengan tembusan kepada Bapak Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Wakil Presiden RI.
