XPOSE TV//Bekasi, Jawa Barat – Ketum IWO Indonesia NR Icang Rahardian SH. MH., menanggapi polemik pagar laut misterius yang berada di beberapa daerah menjadi sorotan publik beberapa waktu belakangan ini. Tak terkecuali dengan pagar laut misterius yang ada di Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rabu (12/2/2025).
Menyikapi persoalan laut yang di pagar di perairan Desa Segarajaya, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi ini, Ketua Umum (Ketum) Ikatan Wartawan Online (IWO) Indonesia, NR Icang Rahardian SH,MH akan segera melaporkan dalang dari keberadaan pagar laut Bekasi ini.
“Pemagaran laut Bekasi tidak memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku, terutama tidak dilengkapi dengan Persetujuan Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang Laut (PKKPRL). Ada tiga perusahaan yang secara jelas telah diketahui, yaitu PT Tunas Ruang Pelabuhan Nusantara (TRPN), PT Cikarang Listrindo (CL) dan PT Mega Agung Nusantara (MAN),” ujar Icang Rahardian kepada awak media, Selasa (11/2).
Icang memaparkan, “pagar laut dibangun PT Tunas Ruang Pelabuhan Nusantara (TRPN), sekitar 3,3 km dengan luas yang ditaksir 60 hektar.
Sedangkan kedua perusahaan lainnya PT CL dab PT MAN mencapai 509 hektar. Ini jelas mengusik keadilan bagi warga sekitar terutama para nelayan,” imbuh Icang.
Menurutnya, keberadaan pagar laut bukan hanya merugikan para nelayan dalam aktifitas mencari nafkah penghasilan, pagar laut Bekasi juga merusak eko sistem biota laut yang ada di perairan tersebut. Oleh karenanya saya akan segera melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib,” tegas Ketua Umum organisasi profesi jurnalis yang baru saja merayakan HUT nya yang ke – 7 Tahun.
“Patut diduga, Icang Rahardian melanjutkan, “dari cakupan luas tersebut, terdapat tanah yang dicatut milik warga sekitar. Ini yang akan kita dorong untuk segera dilakukan penindakan hukum, dan dalang dari pemagaran laut tersebut harus mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya,” tandas Ketua Umum IWO Indonesia, Icang Rahardian SH,MH,
Dari informasi yang didapat, temuan Kementerian ATR/BPN diantaranya:
1. PT Cikarang Listrindo 78 bidang dengan luas 90,159 ha. Perusahaan ini memiliki 57 bidang dengan luas 64,0645 ha di luar garis pantai. Sementara, di dalam garis pantai 21 bidang dengan luas 26,0954 ha
2. PT Mega Agung Nusantara 268 bidang luas 419,635 ha. Perusahaan ini memiliki 211 bidang dari luar garis pantai dengan luas 346,382 ha. Sementara di dalam garis pantai 57 bidang dengan luas 73,253 ha.
3. Perorangan dengan 89 bidang tanah PTSL pada tahun 2021 yang dipindah tidak melalui prosedur pendaftaran tanah. Adapun rinciannya, luas awal sebesar 11,263 ha dan luas pindah 72,571 ha.
“Meskipun kabar terakhir, perusahaan tersebut telah melakukan pembongkaran atas kesadaran sendiri, hal itu tidak menghilangkan proses hukumnya, untuk itu kami tetap akan membuat laporan,” pungkas Icang Rahardian.
