XPOSE TV//Mataram, NTB – Ketua umum Harmoni Sahabat (Harsa) NTB, hadir sebagai organisasi yang memperjuangkan hak-hak penyandang disabilitas di Provinsi NTB. Yayasan yang terbentuk pada awal tahun 2025 ini, memiliki fokus pada pemberdayaan dan penciptaan ekosistem inklusif yang berkelanjutan bagi kelompok rentan, terutama disabilitas dan generasi muda. Harmoni Sahabat NTB memiliki pengurus inti dan anggota yang berjumlah sekitar 50 orang, didominasi oleh generasi muda Gen Z. Rabu (26/3/2025).
Mereka aktif terlibat dalam pengelolaan program yayasan yang bekerja sama dengan Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) di seluruh NTB. Hasra NTB tidak hanya memberikan bantuan sosial, tetapi juga fokus pada pemberdayaan ekonomi penyandang disabilitas melalui program wirausaha.
Saudara Lalu Muhammad Saleh alias Soleh merupakan Ketua Umum Harmoni Sahabat NTB yang telah dikukuhkan bersama Pengurus Harsa NTB lainnya pada hari Selasa tanggal 25 Februari 2025. Soleh merupakan Putra NTB kelahiran Jedah-Arab Saudi, 19 Maret 1984, dengan orang tua Bapak a.n. H. Lalu M. Nawawi dan Ibu a.n. Hj. Farida Zaelani, yang beralamat di Desa Kateng Dsn. Ketangga Kec. Praya Barat Kab. Lombok Tengah. Memiliki istri a.n. Windi Setiawati dan seorang Putri a.n. Baiq Hiya Humairah serta saat ini tinggal di Sandik Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat.
Riwayat Pendidikan : SDN Lombok Tengah, MTS Al Aziziah Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat dan MAN 2 Mataram. Soleh juga aktif dalam organisasi Sahabat Penjaga NKRI serta Alumni Ponpes Al-Aziziyah Kapek Gunungsari Kab. Lombok Barat. Saat ini Soleh juga aktif menyuarakan aspirasi, salah satunya mengutuk keras pengusiran paksa dan pembatasan akses pasien oleh Pihak Manajemen RSUP NTB. Yang bersangkutan juga menekuni profesi sebagai Terapis Pijat selain aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan.

Adapun Program Harmoni Sahabat NTB tersebut, yakni mewujudkan ekosistem inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi generasi muda dan kelompok rentan di NTB melalui semangat kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan kemandirian, Harsa berupaya menciptakan perubahan sosial yang positif dan berdampak luas diantaranya sebagai berikut:
1. Membangun kemandirian ekonomi dengan mengembangkan unit usaha berkelanjutan sebagai sumber pendanaan mandiri bagi program sosial dan pemberdayaan serta menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi generasi muda dan penyandang disabilitas melalui pelatihan keterampilan dan wirausaha.
2. Meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi dengan menyediakan ruang bagi anak muda untuk berkarya dalam bidang kreatif, teknologi dan bisnis serta membentuk ekosistem kolaboratif yang mendukung inovasi sosial dan digital.
3. Mewujudkan kesetaraan dan inklusi dengan memberikan akses dan peluang yang setara bagi kelompok rentan termasuk penyandang disabilitas dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan serta mendorong kesadaran dan edukasi publik mengenai pentingnya inklusivitas di masyarakat.
4. Mengoptimalkan peran generasi muda dalam pembangunan daerah dan mewujudkannya dengan mendorong partisipasi aktif generasi muda dalam program sosial, ekonomi dan pembanguan berkelanjutan di NTB, serta menjadi wadah aspirasi dan advokasi generasi muda.
5. Membangun kemitraan strategis yang berkolaborasi dengan Pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan komunitas untuk memperkuat dampak program-program Harsa, serta mengembangkan jaringan Nasional dan Internasional guna memperluas akses dan peluang bagi generasi muda dan kelompok rentan di NTB.
Selaku Ketua Umum Harmoni Sahabat NTB, mendukung Pihak Kepolisian dalam menciptakan Stabilitas Kamtibmas yang kondusif terkait adanya kenaikan harga Bapokting menjelang Hari Besar Keagamaan Nasional (HBKN) hari raya Nyepi 1447 Saka dan hari raya Idul Fitri 1446 H, pungkas Soleh.
