Kesepakatan tertuang lewat surat perjanjian damai yang dibuat dan di tanda tangangi kedua belah pihak di kantor desa biringkassi galeson utara dihadapan kepala desa Biring kassi galesong utara kabupaten dan ditanda tangani camat biring kassi galesong utara takalar,9/01/2025.
Selain kesepakatan perdamaian kedua belah pihak, Hj Aminah sebagai pihak pertama telah mencabut laporan yang sedang ditangani polres takalar dengan nomor polisi : LP/B/225/III/2024/SPKT/ Polda Sulawesi Selatan ini sebelumnya dilaporkan ke Polda Sulsel pada 15 Maret 2024. Laporan tersebut dilimpahkan ke Polres Takalar untuk proses lebih lanjut
Diberitakan sebelumnya, peristiwa berawal saat terjadi pengrusakan lahan yang dilakukan pihak berperkara yakni hasnul dan arifin. Hj Aminah yang keberatan dengan pengrusakan tersebut lalu melaporkan ke polda sulsel dengan laporan pengrusakan
Kasat Reskrim Polres Takalar, AKP Hatta melalui pesan singkat mengatakan “kami bersama dgn pemerintah camat dan kades melakukan cek lokasi tanah yg diduga di rusak pagar pembatas kuburan , setelah di lakukan pengukuran.tidak termasuk tanah milik korban yg dirusak,” ucap hatta via whatsapp
