Permasalahan koperasi sekolah yang melayani pembelian seragam tersebut,mengemuka sebagai dampak adanya protes keras masyarakat berkenaan dengan mahalnya koperasi sekolah dalam menjual kebutuhan seragam murid.
Saat ini,dalam masa PPDB 2024,dipastikan Moratorium pelarangan koperasi sekolah untuk menjual seragam telah resmi dicabut dan Koperasi sekolah dipersilahkan untuk kembali melayani pembelian seragam dari murid baru dan sifatnya harus sukarela serta tidak ada paksaan untuk harus membeli bagi wali murid.
Pasca pencabutan moratorium,tidak serta merta kemudian pihak koperasi sekolah akan melayani kebutuhan seragam anak didiknya.
Pihak Kepala Sekolah dengan koperasi sekolahnya ditengarai masih banyak yang bingung,karena traumatik yang terjadi,bahwa apabila koperasi sekolah melayani kembali pembelian seragam,pasti di kemudian hari akan muncul potensi masalah terutama dalam selisih harga yang berpotensi menjadi profit untuk kepentingan koperasi itu sendiri.
Berkaitan dengan ilustrasi permasalahan seragam itulah,akhirnya KADIN Jatim sebagai pusat organisasi berkumpulnya para pengusaha di Jawa Timur terpanggil untuk menjembatani kebutuhan seragam dari sekolah dengan menggandeng beberapa pengusaha besar dengan bisnis atau usaha penyedia kain,serta pengusaha konveksi dengan menggandeng pelaku usaha UMKM jasa menerima jahitan baju seragam.
