Sulut, XposeTV– Perkumpulan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat-Independen Nasionalis Anti Korupsi (LSM-INAKOR) Sulawesi Utara, Jumat, (10/10/2025) menyampaikan surat Klarifikasi resmi ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) RI dengan Nomor 025-135/KLARIF/Ext/DPWSULUT/LSM-INAKOR/X/2025, perihal, Klarifikasi atas Permohonan Penyelidikan Dugaan Mafia Proyek dan Jual Beli Jabatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.
Dalam surat klarifikasinya LSM-INAKOR menyatakan bahwa setelah melakukan penelusuran dan investigasi lanjutan, lembaga non pemerintah ini tidak menemukan bukti maupun sumber resmi yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan atas informasi yang sebelumnya beredar di media.
“Kami menilai perlu menyampaikan klarifikasi secara terbuka sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab moral lembaga, agar laporan masyarakat tidak didasarkan pada informasi yang belum terverifikasi,” ujar Rolly Wenas, Ketua DPW INAKOR Sulawesi Utara.
Rolly menegaskan, langkah ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen INAKOR menjaga integritas dalam pengawasan publik, serta memastikan setiap laporan yang disampaikan kepada aparat penegak hukum memiliki dasar yang jelas, akurat, dan tidak bersumber dari opini atau isu yang tidak tervalidasi.
“Kami tetap mendukung penuh langkah-langkah KPK dalam pemberantasan korupsi di daerah, dan akan terus melakukan pemantauan terhadap potensi penyalahgunaan kewenangan di sektor pemerintahan secara obyektif,” tambahnya.
Melalui surat klarifikasi tersebut, INAKOR juga menyatakan menyerahkan sepenuhnya kepada KPK untuk menilai dan menentukan tindak lanjut sesuai dengan kewenangan lembaga antirasuah itu.
Langkah klarifikasi ini diapresiasi oleh sejumlah pemerhati tata kelola pemerintahan sebagai contoh sikap transparan dan bertanggung jawab dari lembaga masyarakat yang berperan aktif dalam pengawasan publik.(Onal)
