“Yang pasti kegiatan pengajian ini diadakan secara rutin di awal minggu pertama. Selain penguatan diri dalam iman dan taqwa, juga dalam rangka untuk silaturahmi antar sesama pegawai di lingkup Pemkab Kediri,” tutur Heru, Selasa (5/11/2024) kemarin.

Heru menambahkan, kegiatan gelar Pengajian rutin itu sangat penting bagi para pegawai. Pasalnya, kinerja yang baik dan profesional itu berasal dari diri pribadi pegawai. Bila landasan diri pegawai masih rapuh, keprofesionalan kerja minimal terjadi.

“Yang pertama memang harus dari hati pribadi pegawai, jika tidak dilandasi iman yang kuat, maka sangat mungkin keprofesionalan itu tidak terwujud,” imbuh Heru.

Kegiatan pelatihan mental ini sendiri diikuti oleh seluruh kepala satuan kerja dan semua pegawai.
