Xposetv, Surabaya – Forkopimda Jawa Timur Gubernur Jatim Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Pangdam V/Brawijaya Mayjen TNI Nurchahyanto, Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol Nico Afinta, Kabagops Binda Jatim yang mewakili Kabinda Jatim, Kasgartap III/Surabaya, pejabat utama Kodam V/Brawijaya, pejabat utama Polda Jatim, para Kapolres/ta se-Jatim serta stakeholder terkait menghadiri Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektoral Dalam Rangka Operasi Terpusat Ketupat Semeru 2022, yang diadakan di Gedung Mahameru Mapolda Jatim, pada Selasa (19/04).
Kapolda Jawa Timur Irjen Pol Nico Afinta dalam sambutannya menyampaikan dalam Idul Fitri tahun ini pemerintah memperbolehkan masyarakat untuk melakukan perjalanan mudik lebaran dengan syarat sudah melakukan vaksinasi lengkap dan Booster sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Satgas Penanganan Covid-19 No.16 tahun 2022, tentang ketentuan pelaku perjalanan dalam Negeri dimasa Pandemi Covid-19.
Berdasarkan penelitian badan Litbang Kementerian Perhubungan, yang bekerjasama dengan Korlantas Polri. Bahwa wilayah Jatim menempati peringkat ke dua tujuan mudik dengan jumlah pemudik diperkirakan sekitar 16 juta orang. Sedangkan puncak arus mudik lebaran terjadi pada tanggal 28 April 2022 dan puncak arus balik tanggal 8 Mei 2022.
“Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah terkait pelaksanaan mudik ditengah Pandemi Covid-19, Polda Jatim berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi dan berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait lainnya akan melaksanakan Ops Ketupat Semeru 2022 yang akan dilaksanakan selama 12 hari terhitung mulai tanggal 28 April – 9 Mei 2022,” papar Kapolda Jatim.
Lebih lanjut, Kapolda Jatim menyampaikan, dalam pelaksanaan Operasi Ketupat 2022, nantinya akan melibatkan sebanyak 10.546 personel, yang terdiri dari 1.220 personel Polda Jatim dan 9.326 personel Satwil jajaran, dengan didukung oleh TNI sebanyak 1.491 personel serta instansi terkait lainnya sebanyak 3.992 personel.
“Pengerahan personel tersebut akan diploting di 167 Pos Pam dan 51 Pos Yan serta di lokasi-lokasi yang rawan baik kriminalitas, laka lantas maupun tempat keramaian yang rawan penyebaran covid-19,” Imbuh Kapolda.
Pangdam V/Brawijaya Mayjend TNI Nurchahyanto dalam kesempatan ini menyampaikan, pada tahun ini akan terjadi peningkatan jumlan pemudik. Sehingga perlu diantisipasi agar mudik aman, sehat dan selamat.
“Jajaran Kodam V/Brawijaya siap mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengamankan mudik dengan mengelar personil Kodam V/Brawijaya sebanyak 20 SSY dan BKO organik dari Divif 2 Kostrad, Pasmar 2 dan Kopasgat sebanyak 10 SSY dan 2 SSK. Sedangkan kunci utama keberhasilan dalam mengamankan mudik adalah sinergitas antara TNI Polri dan pemerintahan,” tandas Pangdam V Brawijaya.
Selanjutnya Gubernur Jatim Khofifah Indar Parawansa menyampaikan arahan Presiden RI, bahwasannya masyarakat diperbolehkan untuk mudik lebaran tahun 2022 namun dengan syarat sudah mendapatkan 2 kali vaksin dan 1 kali Booster, serta tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
Untuk menyikapi hal tersebut, Gubernur Jatim mengajak kepada Pangdam V/Brawijaya dan Kapolda Jatim agar melakukan percepatan vaksinasi di wilayah Jatim.
“Masa angkutan lebaran untuk moda angkutan jalan, moda kereta api dan moda udara selama 16 hari mulai tanggal 25 April – 10 Mei 2022 sedangkan moda penyebrangan dan laut selama 32 hari mulai tanggal 17 April – 18 Mei 2022. Sedangkan Moda yang perlu diantisipasi adalah jenis Odong-odong karena tingkat kerawanannya sangat tinggi,” imbau Gubernur.
“Permasalahan yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan mudik diantarannya cuaca buruk dan bencana alam, kemacetan di arteri dan exit tol, lonjakan penumpang seluruh moda, lonjakan kunjungan wisatawan, kesiapan moda angkutan (laik jalan), kerusakan jalan dan jembatan dan lonjakan covid-19, sehingga diharapkan jembatan yang ada di Sidayu Gresik dan jembatan Deli yang ada di Bojonegoro agar diasistensi,” pungkas Khofifah Indar Parawansa.(Bejo)
