XposeTV//Boalemo, – Pemerintah Kabupaten Boalemo menggelar apel kerja perdana pasca libur Idul Fitri 1446 H yang dipimpin langsung oleh Bupati Boalemo Drs. Rum Pagau. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Alun-alun Tilamuta dan diikuti oleh Wakil Bupati Lahmudin Hambali, S.Sos, M.Si, Sekretaris Daerah Dr. Sherman Moridu, S.Pd, MM, para asisten, pimpinan OPD, camat, kepala desa, Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), serta Tenaga Pendamping Kesejahteraan (TPK) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Boalemo.

Dalam arahannya, Bupati menekankan pentingnya disiplin dalam bekerja, yang menurutnya merupakan kunci utama dalam mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan kemajuan daerah.
“Kalau kita tidak disiplin, maka daerah ini tidak akan maju. Disiplin menjadi dasar kita dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan baik. Dengan kedisiplinan, pelayanan publik meningkat, dan daerah pun akan semakin berkembang,” tegas Bupati Rum Pagau.
Sebagai langkah konkret, Bupati menyampaikan bahwa mulai bulan depan penerapan disiplin akan diberlakukan secara ketat. Pemerintah akan menerapkan sanksi administratif berupa pemotongan Tunjangan Perbaikan Penghasilan (TPP) bagi ASN yang tidak disiplin, termasuk pemotongan tunjangan bagi tenaga pendidik.
“Ini adalah bentuk komitmen kita bersama. Tanpa disiplin, perencanaan dan pembangunan tidak akan berjalan sesuai harapan,” ujarnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Boalemo juga menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Purna Tugas kepada Kepala Dinas Nakertrans Mans Mopangga dan sejumlah tenaga pendidik. Selain itu, turut diserahkan SK Kenaikan Pangkat dan SK Pengangkatan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Penyerahan SK disaksikan oleh Wakil Bupati, Sekretaris Daerah, serta Kepala BKPSDM Kabupaten Boalemo, Rahmat Biya, SKM, MM.
Kegiatan apel kerja ini menjadi momentum memperkuat semangat pengabdian aparatur pemerintah untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja dalam mendukung pembangunan daerah yang lebih maju dan berdaya saing.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.
