LAMONGAN, XPOSETV.LIVE – Dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) pada hewan ternak, Babinsa Koramil 0812/21 Kalitengah jajaran Kodim 0812/Lamongan, Sertu Mundhofar dan Serda Imam Ghozali bersama Muspika dan dinas peternakan Kecamatan Kalitengah memberikan pendampingan vaksinasi PMK di Desa Mungli, Kecamatan Kalitengah, Kabupaten Lamongan, Rabu (12/02/2025).
Kegiatan ini melibatkan petugas inseminasi buatan sekaligus Dokter Hewan, Dr. choiroh, bersama Camat Kalitengah dan kepala Desa Mungli dan Babinkamtipmas Polsek Kalitengah
Dalam hal ini PJ Danramil Kalitengah Peltu Ari memberikan apresiasi terhadap kolaborasi dalam vaksinasi mencegah PMK ini. ”Vaksinasi PMK yang didampingi Babinsa merupakan wujud sinergi antara TNI dan pihak terkait untuk melindungi hewan ternak masyarakat dari ancaman penyakit. Kami berharap langkah ini dapat meminimalkan risiko penyebaran PMK, sekaligus menjaga stabilitas sektor peternakan di wilayah Kecamatan Kalitengah,” ujarnya.
peltu Ari menjelaskan, peran Babinsa dalam pendampingan ini tidak hanya mendukung kelancaran proses vaksinasi, tetapi juga memberikan rasa aman dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat. Pihaknya berkomitmen untuk terus mendukung program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, termasuk di sektor peternakan.
Vaksinasi ini mendapat respons positif dari para peternak di Desa Mungli. Setelah vaksinasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan produktivitas hewan ternak, sehingga memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian warga setempat.
