exercises are diverse and challenge completely different muscle
groups, preventing plateauing and maximizing results. After the Open, the
highest men, women and groups move on to prove their fitness on the
Regional degree over the course of an intense three-day competition.
This year’s Regionals will take place during three weekends in Could and June, but the Regional format is somewhat different than in years past.
