Boalemo XposeTV. Anggota BPD Desa Pentadu Barat Protes Dugaan Pemalsuan Tanda Tangan oleh Oknum Pemerintah Desa. Salah satu anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Desa Pentadu Barat menggelar protes terkait dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan yang dilakukan oleh seorang oknum pemerintah desa.
Dugaan ini mencuat setelah seorang anggota BPD mendapatkan panggilan inspektorat untuk dimintai klarifkasi penerimaan sejumlah uang yang di tanda tangani oleh salah satu anggota BPD namun terjadi pembantahan tanda tangan yang digunakan dalam dokumen resmi tanpa sepengetahuan.
Menurut Ridwan A.Diko melalui media exposetv Boalemo, pihaknya baru menyadari adanya pemalsuan ini setelah mendapat panggilan Inspektorat “Saya tidak pernah menandatangani dokumen tersebut, tetapi tanda tangan saya ada di dalamnya. Ini jelas tindakan yang melanggar hukum dan harus ditindaklanjuti,” ujarnya.

Dia juga menegaskan bahwa dia akan membawa masalah ini ke ranah hukum jika tidak ada tindakan dari pihak pemerintah desa. “Saya menuntut transparansi dan kejujuran dalam pemerintahan desa. Jika benar ada pemalsuan, maka ini adalah bentuk pelanggaran serius yang harus diproses sesuai hukum,” tambahnya.

Masyarakat Desa Pentadu Barat pun turut menyuarakan keprihatinan mereka dan mendukung upaya anggota BPD untuk mengusut kasus ini. Beberapa warga berharap kejadian ini dapat menjadi momentum untuk meningkatkan transparansi dalam pemerintahan desa.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak BPD berencana melaporkan dugaan pemalsuan tanda tangan ini ke aparat penegak hukum agar mendapatkan kejelasan hukum dan tindakan tegas terhadap pelaku.
