Xpose tv.Live, Tulungagung – Kasus tindak pidana pembuatan dan peredaran bahan peledak ilegal selama Ramadhan 1446 H hingga hari keenam. Berhasil ditangani Polres Tulungagung empat kasus dengan lima orang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, tiga di antaranya masih di bawah umur.
Kapolres Tulungagung, AKBP Muhammad Taat Resdi menyampaikan dalam konferensi pers yang digelar di halaman Mapolres Tulungagung. Kamis (6/3/25).
“Empat kasus ini terjadi di wilayah hukum Pucanglaban, Kauman, Besuki dan Kalidawir. Dari empat TKP, kami menetapkan lima tersangka, namun tiga di antaranya tidak kami hadirkan karena masih di bawah umur,” jelasnya.
Kapolres Tulungagung, AKBP Muhammad Taat Resdi mengungkapkan bahwa, total barang bukti yang berhasil disita dari empat lokasi tersebut mencapai hampir 10 kilogram, yang terdiri dari : 6 kg bubuk mesiu, 1,5 kg bubuk aluminium, 9 ons belerang dan 1,5 kg kalium klorida.
“Jumlah ini sangat besar. Sebagai perbandingan, pernah terjadi ledakan 1 ons bubuk mesiu di tahun 2023 lalu di Rejotangan, mengakibatkan dua orang meninggal, dua orang terluka dan satu rumah rusak. Bisa dibayangkan jika 6 kilogram ini meledak, dampaknya mungkin bisa meratakan satu desa,” urainya.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung, AKP Ryo Pradana N. memaparkan kronologinya :
Pertama: Senin 17 Februari 2025, petugas Polsek Pucanglaban menangkap tersangka MCD (19) penjual bubuk mercon di Desa Demuk, Kecamatan Pucanglaban yang kedapatan menjual 2 kg bubuk mercon. Barang bukti lain yang diamankan termasuk satu tas kain merah, satu ponsel Oppo dan satu kendaraan sepeda motor Honda Beat.
Kedua : Kamis 27 Februari 2025, petugas Polsek Kalangbret menangkap dua tersangka, BKR (19) dan ABK (17) penjual serbuk mesiu di Desa Panggungrejo, Kecamatan Kauman yang diduga menjual 5 ons serbuk mesiu. Barang bukti lain yang disita termasuk satu ponsel Redmi Note 9 dan satu kendaraan sepeda motor Honda Beat.
Ketiga : Kamis 27 Februari 2025, petugas Polsek Kalangbret bersama Resmob Macan Agung mengamankan tersangka MFF (15) menyimpan bahan peledak di MTs NU Plus, Kecamatan Besuki, dengan barang bukti yang ditemukan meliputi 3 kg bubuk mesiu, 204 gulungan kecil kertas mercon dan berbagai bahan kimia seperti belerang dan serbuk aluminium.
Keempat: Rabu 5 Maret 2025, petugas Polsek Kalidawir berhasil menangkap tersangka MIR (17) Penjual petasan di Desa Karangtalun, Kecamatan Kalidawir, diduga menjual 440 petasan siap ledak. Dengan barang bukti yang diamankan termasuk bubuk belerang dan peralatan pembuatan petasan.
Pasal yang dikenakan pada para tersangka adalah Pasal 1 Ayat (1) UU Darurat RI Nomor 12 Tahun 1951, yang mengatur larangan membuat, menyimpan dan memperdagangkan bahan peledak tanpa izin. Ancaman hukuman maksimalnya 20 tahun penjara.
Operasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat. “Kami akan terus melakukan pengawasan dan penindakan tegas terhadap aktivitas ilegal yang membahayakan keselamatan publik,” ujar Kasat Reskrim AKP Ryo Pradana.
“Kami mengingatkan seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk tidak menyimpan, meracik, memproduksi atau memperjualbelikan bahan peledak secara ilegal. Jangan sampai aktivitas ini menimbulkan korban jiwa,” ungkap AKBP Taat Resdi.
“Operasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi peredaran bahan peledak ilegal dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan bahaya penggunaannya,” tambahnya.
Dengan terungkapnya 4 kasus tersebut, Kapolres mengimbau masyarakat untuk menghentikan aktivitas ilegal terkait bahan peledak.
